Yes, I Read and I Write...
I've always admired people who read, carrying their books everywhere, lost in their world. I found it cool. But I wasn’t a reader myself. Here was one book I kept trying to read, but never made it past the first few chapters. Then, during COVID, I picked it up again - Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, and this time, I finished it. Soon after, my brother sent me two more books: Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki and Sapiens by Yuval Noah Harari. When I saw Sapiens, I thought, There’s no way I’m reading this huge book, so I started with the other one. But when I finally got to Sapiens, everything changed, the history, the writing, the ideas - it all fascinated me.

And after that, I never stopped. I read all of Harari’s books, then the history books he recommended, followed by self-help, biographies, psychology, philosophy, fiction, business, finance - everything. Each book led me to another, an endless chain of curiosity and discovery. At first, I read simply because I enjoyed it. If you asked me for a review, I wouldn’t even be able to summarize the book. It was never about that - it was about the exploration of knowledge. But now, I’m trying to be more intentional, paying closer attention to what I read and what I take away from it. If I had to pick three books that influenced me the most, they would be Sapiens by Yuval Noah Harari, The Almanack of Naval Ravikant by Eric Jorgenson, and Start With Why by Simon Sinek.
